Andrew Davis is a seasoned legal professional with more than two decades of experience, combining deep legal expertise with entrepreneurial vision. His journey began in the financial sector during the volatile 1990s, where he thrived as an entrepreneur before boldly transitioning to law—his lifelong calling.

Educated in the United Kingdom, Andrew holds an LL.B and LL.M in Corporate Law from Nottingham Trent University and is a member of Lincoln’s Inn. He also holds specialized certifications in International Arbitration, Adjudication (CIPAA), and Insurance, equipping him with a multidisciplinary edge.

Throughout his career, Andrew has appeared before the High Court, Court of Appeal, Federal Court, and Industrial Court of Malaysia, earning recognition for his strong litigation and dispute resolution work. His practice spans corporate, banking, construction, intellectual property, tax, and family law, and he has also advised the Prime Minister’s Department on major national initiatives.

Andrew’s entrepreneurial background gives him a unique ability to guide startups and corporate clients with a commercially grounded perspective, blending legal strategy with business insight. Beyond the courtroom, he contributes to legal publications, mentors young lawyers, and champions pro bono work to support underrepresented communities.

Committed to education and service, he has held leadership roles including Chairman of the Board of Governors for St. Mary’s Primary Girls School and a Board Member of the International School of Kuala Lumpur.
